Spector Icon NS Neck Thru 5 String Bass

Neck through construction has been synonymous with Spector since its inception. Popularized in the '70s at the height of the boutique-bass era, this design approach was developed to offer greater tonal nuance, sustain, and flexibility than previously possible. The new Icon NS Neck Through basses continue this tradition. Designed by the Spector Custom Shop, these basses feature our signature curved body, custom shop neck carve, and classic crown inlays, paired with the winning combination of Aguilar DCB pickups and OBP-2 preamp, which has received a fantastic response in our Bolt-On line. Four gloss finishes are available over a quilted maple top: Black Stain, Haunted Moss, Purple Cherry, and Black and Blue. Whether on stage or in the studio, the Icon NS Neck Through embodies the bold spirit, powerful tone, and performance-driven design that have defined Spector basses for 50 years.

Visually, the Icon NS Neck Through series draws inspiration from our custom builds. Each model is topped with highly figured quilted maple and finished in one of four gloss stain options: Black Stain, Haunted Moss, Purple Cherry, and Black and Blue. Gold hardware completes the look, including a fully intonating locking bridge, high-precision tuners, polished brass nut, and signature Spector control knobs. The series is available in both 4-string, 34" scale and 5-string, 35" scale configurations.

Why not rent the gear you want? Rental payments are listed on each product, you can choose either a 6 month or 12 month minimum rental period contract. You can choose to purchase your gear during the contract, you can return the goods after the rental period or you can continue renting.  Rental Payments and buy out figures are listed on all applicable products. All strings and accessories will be shipped with tracking via courier or Australia Post. Other items including guitars and amplification equipment will be shipped using our courier service providers, with a tracking number and signature on delivery. Please note that all instruments, amplifiers and large items will require a signature on delivery. We cannot give authority to leave an item without a signature

Occasionally, due to issues with delivering to remote or unusual destinations, we aren't able to offer shipping. We reserve the right to cancel an order if freight costs are exessive. We will always notify you if there is an issue and offer a full refund or arrange alternative delivery options.
