FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (and answers!)
Q. Is Bass Centre a physical shop?
A. You bet! We are at 206 Park St South Melbourne, we have been here for nearly 30 years. You are welcome to come in and try out gear, talk bass gear and even buy something if the mood grabs you. We are open Monday - Friday 10-6pm, and Saturdays 10-4pm. You can call us on 03 9696 6561 or email us at info@basscentre.com.au
Q. Why should I buy from Bass Centre?
A. Bass Centre is Australia's only dedicated bass store. We offer expert advice and guidance in getting you the gear that you need. Unlike most stores that like to list every bass under the sun on their websites, but only actually stock a couple, we keep around 400 basses in stock as well as amps, cabinets, effects/pedals and accessories. We are dedicated to the same thing that you are.....BASS!!
Q. Do you deliver Australia Wide?
A. Yes, we ship everyday to all over Australia using courier services and Auspost. Everything is fully insured for you at no extra cost. Further shipping information can be viewed HERE.
Q. Why does it say "Email Us for Availability"
A. Stock on many instruments is limited, there is no warehouse stacked to the rafters with Fender Jazz basses or hundreds of a particular brand of bass amp....we are not selling Apple iPhones. Often when we sell a product we are then forced to wait on more production to arrive in the country. If you see a product with "Email Us for Availability" please shoot us an email, alternatively enter your email address in the "Tell me when this is Available" and we will get back to you with an ETA on the next available
