Ordering Details

If you would like to order using a FUND TRANSFER into our account, please put your name as the reference on the transfer, and email us your details upon completing the transfer so that we can match the funds up with your order.

Please note that a fund transfer may take some time to show up on our end, and we cannot send anything until it does.

Once your order has been placed and paid for, we will process and pack it as soon as possible. 

Orders of smaller items will generally be sent via Australia Post express service - if we get your order before 4pm we can get it out the door on the same day, and into your hands the next business day!

Larger items such as basses and amps will be sent via TNT - orders placed before 2pm will generally be picked up on the same day, and depending on your location these can arrive as soon as the next business day!

TNT requires a signature on delivery - if no one is there to collect then they will leave a card for you to arrange another pickup time or collection from the depot.

 

We will send a tracking number once your order is processed which will advise you of delivery time and current location of the package.
