Sire Marcus Miller V7 Vintage Ash 5 New Gen Natural

The Sire New Gen  V7 Vintage Ash delivers classic J-style tone with a faster, more articulate response, refined with Sire's latest comfort-focused updates. Vintage character meets modern playability in a bass built to feel familiar, sound authentic, and perform effortlessly.

Finished in Natural to show off the timber grain, the Swamp Ash body delivers traditional J-bass tone with a faster attack, stronger upper-mid presence, and greater note separation than an alder body. The New Gen C-shape neck pairs hard maple with a vintage-correct 7.25" fingerboard radius and small 2.0mm fretwire for an authentic period feel, while Sire's Edgeless™ rolled fingerboard edges add extra playing comfort not found on the originals.

Electronics stay true to vintage form: Marcus Vintage-J Revolution pickups with '70s-spaced coils pair with the Marcus Heritage-3 preamp (no mid control) for an authentic, simplified signal path, with push/pull active-passive switching for versatility. Period-correct hardware — the Vintage-S bridge, lightweight open-gear tuners, and black block/binding detailing — rounds out the classic look and feel.

Occasionally, due to issues with delivering to remote or unusual destinations, we aren't able to offer shipping. We reserve the right to cancel an order if freight costs are exessive. We will always notify you if there is an issue and offer a full refund or arrange alternative delivery options.
