Part of Fender's limited-run 2026 Collection, this Made in Japan Hybrid II Jazz Bass pairs the model's proven "vintage-look, modern-spec" formula with an unique satin finish designed around the theme of "love at first sight." The Misty Satin line — offered in Pink Mist, Blue Mist and Yellow Mist — takes its cue from softly diffused, mist-like tones that evoke the natural warmth of timber, giving the bass a gentle, matte visual character that sits somewhere between vintage and contemporary. Uniquely, the satin treatment isn't limited to the neck; it extends across the alder body too, showcasing the precision Japanese finishing Fender's MIJ line is known for.

Under the hood it's all Hybrid II. The alder body carries a pair of Hybrid II Custom Voiced Single Coil Jazz Bass pickups with staggered pole pieces for balanced string-to-string output, feeding a classic dual-volume/master-tone control layout. Vintage-style 4-saddle bridge ,vintage-style tuners keep the retro look consistent. The satin-finished maple neck is carved to a Modern "C" profile with a 9.5" radius rosewood board and narrow-tall frets — a combination built for fast, comfortable playability across genres. As a 2026-limited model, once allocations are sold, this colourway won't be reissued.

All strings and accessories will be shipped with tracking via courier or Australia Post. Other items including guitars and amplification equipment will be shipped using our courier service providers, with a tracking number and signature on delivery. Please note that all instruments, amplifiers and large items will require a signature on delivery. We cannot give authority to leave an item without a signature

Occasionally, due to issues with delivering to remote or unusual destinations, we aren't able to offer shipping. We reserve the right to cancel an order if freight costs are exessive. We will always notify you if there is an issue and offer a full refund or arrange alternative delivery options.
