Why not rent the gear you want? Rental payments are listed on each product, you can choose either a 6 month or 12 month minimum rental period contract. You can choose to purchase your gear during the contract, you can return the goods after the rental period or you can continue renting.  Rental Payments and buy out figures are listed on all applicable products. Shipping rates are shown when you take an item into the shopping cart and enter your address. You do not need to complete an order to see the freight rates.

We do our best to keep shipping costs to a minimum by absorbing what we can. 

Heavy items may incur additional freight charges, based on courier rates. We will always notify you if there is an issue and offer a full refund or arrange alternative delivery options.

All strings and accessories will be shipped with tracking via courier or Australia Post. Other items including guitars and amplification equipment will be shipped using our courier service providers, with a tracking number and signature on delivery. Please note that all instruments, amplifiers and large items will require a signature on delivery. We cannot give authority to leave an item without a signature

Occasionally, due to issues with delivering to remote or unusual destinations, we aren't able to offer shipping. We reserve the right to cancel an order if freight costs are exessive. We will always notify you if there is an issue and offer a full refund or arrange alternative delivery options.
