Roger Sadowsky has always set out to refine bass design, adding distinctive and meaningful enhancements that make his instruments stand apart. With the MetroExpress 21-Fret Vintage M/J 4-String, he’s done exactly that. Thanks to his proprietary electronics, lightweight tuners, and carefully selected tonewoods, this bass delivers performance on an entirely new level.

This model features a lightweight solid Okoume body in a stunning Solid Candy Apple Orange Metallic High Polish, paired with a transparent pickguard, roasted maple neck, and roasted maple fingerboard. The result is an instrument that looks as incredible as it plays.

The MetroExpress series offers the most accessible path to that renowned Sadowsky tone—never harsh, never muddy. Expect deep, punchy lows, articulate yet controlled mids, and a smooth, airy treble that sings without becoming shrill.
