Warwick Teambuilt Pro Series Corvette Ash 4-String — Natural Transparent Satin
German craftsmanship, accessible price. The Teambuilt Pro Series Corvette Ash is built in Warwick's Markneukirchen factory under master-builder supervision, and it shows in every detail.
The Swamp Ash body is the key tonal differentiator here — lighter than Bubinga, with an airy, open resonance that lends itself beautifully to fingerstyle clarity and upper-register definition. Under the Natural Transparent Satin finish, the ash grain glows warmly and looks every bit as good as it plays.
The neck and fingerboard combination is pure Warwick DNA: Ovangkol neck, Wenge fingerboard, 24 jumbo frets, and that characteristically fast, tactile feel that Warwick players love. The Just-A-Nut III and Warwick security strap locks handle the practical details with typical German thoroughness.
Electronics are available in passive or active configuration via MEC J/J pickups — clean, articulate, and highly versatile across styles from jazz and funk to rock and beyond. The active version adds a 2-band MEC preamp for on-board tone shaping.
If you want a German-built Warwick with a lighter, more open sound and a finish that turns heads — this is the one.
