Preloved Modulus VJ 4 Bass
The Modulus VJ4 is a genuine piece of bass guitar engineering history - one of the originators of the carbon fibre neck revolution that changed how basses handle stability, sustain, and tone. Modulus Graphite pioneered composite neck construction in the late '70s and '80s, and the VJ series remains one of the most respected expressions of that philosophy: a J Bass-inspired body paired with a neck that simply will not move, regardless of humidity, temperature, or years of gigging.
This example carries all the hallmarks that made the VJ4 a favourite among session players and touring bassists: a graphite/carbon fibre neck for rock-solid stability, punchy J-style electronics, and that distinctive Modulus growl — tight low end with a clarity that cuts through a mix without needing to fight for space.
