The Sandberg VM5 is brilliant. It is incredibly comfortable, light weight and perfectly balanced. This Ash body, Maple neck combination delivers punch and clarity with brilliant low end definition and sweet crisp top end. 

The VM5 uses a Delano MM humbucker in the bridge position and a Delano Split P in the neck position, both running through a switchable 2 band active preamp. This pickup/preamp combination delivery you an amazingly versatile instrument that delivers round open bottom end courtesy of the split P pickup that is wired in series and also tight focused punchy tones courtesy of the bridge humbucker. Clarity, definition and versatility. 

The neck is slim and fast, measuring 45mm at the nut, string spacing at the bridge is 18mm. Featuring a zero fret to deliver consistent string tones whether fretted or playing an open note.
