The Ibanez SRMS805 is equipped with Bartolini® BH2 pickups, which deliver a tight bottom-end, punchy mid-range, and smooth response. The dual-coil configuration maximizes articulation, while the long blade pole piece expands the magnetic field, ensuring balanced string-to-string pickup response.

The multi-scale construction not only improves tonal balance and tension but also enhances player comfort. This ergonomic design aligns with the natural hand angles as players move up and down the neck, facilitating quick and comfortable play. The SRMS Multi Scale 5-piece Jatoba/Walnut neck combines two of the most rigid and musical hardwoods, providing a thin neck with reliable long-term stability.
