I’m glad you got a chance to see Mike Farrell at the MIIS event Saturday, Hal. I went later to see Norman Solomon and the sennceirg of the documentary War Made Easy, an excellent presentation on how the American media joined in the pro-war propaganda prior to the 2003 Iraq invasion. I also stopped by the Democratic Headquarters in downtown Monterey Sat. night. Mike Farrell was there, and then Solomon spoke. He is raising money for his run for Congress in the Bay Area (Apparently Lynn Woolsey will not run for re-election). Solomon would be a great congressman and I would encourage everyone to get behind him and donate to his campaign if possible.

Hal, you know I can’t let you get by with your don’t vote for Jill Stein declaration. I innted to vote for Ms. Stein because California’s 55 electoral votes are not in play. President Obama has a 15-point lead in California, according to the Field Poll released yesterday. A third-party protest vote will not help Romney or hurt Obama in this state. Open your mind andTHINK FOR YOURSELF!
