Layby Policy

The Bass Centre offers up to 12 weeks Layby on most items. Extended terms can be arranged depending on the item.

We require a minimum of 10% deposit 

Canceled Laybys on shop stock carry a 20% cancellation fee.

All Laybys are strictly 12 weeks. No refund on overdue laybys
All Laybys must have payments made at least once every 4 weeks.
Cancellation fee on Laybys or customer orders is 20% of invoice total

All Special Orders or Custom Orders are non refundable if cancelled. Special Orders are defined as an order for a non stock item that is ordered into stock at the customers request. Custom Orders are defined as an order for a non stock item that is cutomised specifically to a customers specifications.  

We offer no refund on overdue Laybys unless previously arranged. We can organise time extensions if we are contacted within the Layby period.
